Ground has been broken on the first new construction project in Dallas? Victory Park project in five years.
Apartment developer Mill Creek Residential Trust has begun work on a 378-unit apartment complex adjacent to the DART light-rail station on Victory Avenue.
The six-story luxury rental community is being built in a partnership with investor Behringer Harvard.
The apartment project is the first significant development at Victory Park since construction began in late 2006 on the 28-story House condominium tower.
