Central Dauphin School District (CDSD) has chosen Safe?Connect to manage its wireless network and extend it to students and faculty, allowing access to a variety of learning resources such as Moodle and ScholarPort. While the district provides some students with laptops, limited resources make providing district-owned computers to every student challenging. CDSD wanted to provide an intuitive user experience that allowed students and faculty to get on-line easily, requiring little to no intervention from the IT staff. By the end of the school year, CDSD had on-boarded students and faculty in its two high schools, with a plan to implement the middle and elementary schools in the future.
